Rods made from Red Truck Diesel double-hand fly rod blanks will cover all but the heaviest two-handed fly fishing. They are perfect for everything from Seatrout and Summer Salmon & Grilse on floating lines to heavier sunk line fishing for larger Salmon.
The finish on these blanks is natural graphite grey with a partially ground and clear-coated snake-belly finish which is both attractive and super durable. The overlapping ferrules are ground for a perfect fit which doesn’t require taping – even when casting the heaviest sunk lines at the top of the rating window.
Double-hand fly rods made from these blanks will give years of enjoyment under the hardest use.
