When you have made an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered at checkout. The email contains pertinent information about your order such as billing address, shipping address, products, prices and shipping costs. If something is wrong with the order, please contact us immediately via email (email@example.com). You must be 18 years old or have a guardian’s approval upon ordering.
All orders are shipped either by mail or commercial carrier and our normal delivery times within the EU Nordics are 2-3 days. Orders placed on the weekend are usually sent on the following Monday. If you experience an unannounced delay with your delivery, please contact us directly by email.
Prices in the shop are quoted in euros (EUR) or Swedish Crowns (SEK) and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to adapt to price changes from suppliers as well as price listing errors.
We use Stripe and PayPal checkout. Any transfer of credit- or debit-card data is protected by SSL-encryption and no payment data is saved or stored by RFT Gear.
You will receive a receipt of purchase from RFT Gear which details your transaction.
Personal Data Act
We do not save or store any of your sensitive information after using that which is necessary to complete your transaction.
Any product returned to us must be in the original condition and packaging. You have a 14-day right of return from the date on the receipt from your order. RFT Gear will not accept the return of goods where the packaging has been broken or damaged. RFT Gear will judge such instances on a case by case basis with full consideration for the circumstances. Under the right of return, the full amount of the items purchased will be refunded.
When returning an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason(s) for the return. We will reply with instructions for you. Always report any complaint concerning manufacturing defect as soon as possible. We follow and observe EU law concerning warranty and manufacturing defect. In the event there is no product defect and you simply regret the purchase, you will be responsible for the return shipping to us.
When exchanging a product (for example to get a different size or color), please notify us at email@example.com before returning your goods! We will sort out a return authorization for you and help you with your exchange.
We often deliver via an agent at a local pickup site close to your delivery address. If you do not pick up the goods you have ordered, we will charge you for delivery, return and a restocking fee of EUR 50. Uncollected packages are not regarded as cancellation of your purchase or a return.
We will always do our utmost to work with you and ensure you are satisfied with our products and service. In the unlikely event of a dispute, we will follow EU consumer law.
We are human and acknowledge that it is entirely possible there may be an error on the website. We cannot guarantee that the pictures reflect the exact appearance of the all products. Certain color differences may occur depending on the display, photo quality as well as resolution.
We take no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances out of the company’s control such as weather, war, fire, labor conflict, government decisions, reduced or missing delivery from suppliers etc.. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for changes to products / product characteristics as modified by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control. RFT Gear assumes no responsibility for
direct or indirect damage / loss that may occur to the customer.
